Payment must be overnighted or dropped of in Sherman Oaks if made less than 4 days before the show.

CAMERA POLICY FOR THE PUBLIC
     ONLY small  "home style" hand-held video cameras are allowed.
    Large or professional or shoulder-held video cameras will not be admitted.
    "Press" or "Media" as explained below who have not been issued an official Adultcon Press Pass,
does not have authorization to videotape Adultcon for any commercial use or purpose.


 ADULTCON MEDIA REQUEST GUIDELINES

MEDIA  AND PRESS REQUESTS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 5 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE FIRS DAY OF THE SHOW.
If approved: Print out and bring a confirmation email from us to the show.

THERE IS NO ON SITE MEDIA OR PRESS REGISTRATION

    If you are a local cable show, internet-based site, free-lance photographer or independent producer etc,
    Adultcon will not issued you apress pass to video tape.
    Still photos are allowed by anyone paying the admission price but may not be used for commercial use without written permission.
    
There is no fee to recognized major media outlets.

    PRESS/MEDIA QUALIFICATIONS
    Adultcon makes coverage easy for major recognized media outlets.

    To receive press credentials, we require verification of the editorial press corps, photographers & broadcast crew.

    Press Passes are given out to news organizations only.
    Examples of these organizations include accredited TV stations, Radio stations, Newspapers, and Industry Magazines.
    We do not provide passes to independent show producers, private production companies, website operators, research projects or individuals.
   
    Press/media that have not previously covered Adultcon, must first establish credibility
    by following this is policy to receive press/media credentials.

    You will receive an email confirmation of your credential qualification if approved.
   
    Press may pick-up media badges from the media desk.

    If you have not received confirmation, your application was denied.
 
    Your press credentials will give you credibility with the talent.

    ONE OF THESE ITEMS MUST BE PROVIDED
    1. A copy of a published article with your byline in a major recognized media outlet.

    2. A major recognized media outlet publication masthead listing you as a contributor/staff member.

    3. A letter from your publisher/editor or broadcast producer on official stationary
    from a major recognized media outlet.

    PLEASE NOTE
    1. All media requests will be thoroughly researched before being rejected or granted.

    2. A drivers license or a passport and a business card is required to receive a press badge.

    STAFF LIMIT
     Print media is limited to 2 person
    Electronic Media is limited to 3 people

    REQUEST DEADLINE
     Adultcon press credentials will not be approved less than 5 days before the event.

    GUIDELINES
    Adultcon requires photos to be emailed within 3 days.
 Once approved, you may take photos of the talent ONLY with their permission.

    Do not request the talent to flash or display any type of nudity.
    This will cause immediate ejection and void your press privilege permanently.

    This is illegal & as such shows a lack of respect for the law, what we are doing for the talent & will not be tolerated.
