ADULTCON AWARDS

The Adultcon Awards are a yearly presentation of merit to the most deserving in the adult industry.

I hereby accept the privilege and distinctive honor to serve as both a voter and a member of the American Academy of Adult Arts and Entertainment which selects the winners of the Adultcon Awards.

As a member of the Board of Governors of the American Academy of Adult Arts and Entertainment,
I pledge that, as the voting representative of my company, I will personally view all the submissions for the Adultcon Awards and that I will not appoint any other individual or organization to fulfill my obligation. I will make my determination solely on the individual's performance as compared to others in the same category.

As both a member & voter of the American Academy of Adult Arts and Entertainment, I pledge that
I will personally view all the nominated scenes. If, for any reason I am unable to fulfill my obligation, I will appoint a trusted, bonafide representative within my organization to fulfill my duties faithfully within the required deadline, as indicated in this agreement.

My obligation is to make a determination solely on each individual's performance as compared to others in the same category. I pledge that I will make a full and fair consideration of the merits of all eligible achievements, be an objective judge of performance and contribute my ethical, honest honorable selection to the Academy. I agree not to accept any form of bribes in exchange for my vote for the Adultcon Awards.

The Academy warns Academy members to be on guard against inappropriate attempts to influence their vote and to register any such incident with the Academy about anyone who might make such an attempt.

The Academy continuously strives to reward the year's best performances as reflected by its" members' honest and un-biased votes.

I understand that my membership is not a right, but a privilege that can be withdrawn by the Academy or Live Entertainment, the Adultcon Awards show producer, at anytime, for any reason including but not limited to violation of this agreement. __________________________________________________________________________________
